Cannot access CPanel / Webmail
When you cannot access to CPanel or Webmail, please verify once again if you can see any pop-ups prompting for username & password:
CPanel
http://www.domain.com/cpanel
http://cpanel.domain.com
Webmail
http://domain.com/cpanel
http://webmail.domain.com
If both fails, please try to ping your domain name
eg.
Windows > Start > Run > ping
domain.com
If you are seeing "Respond Timeout", please submit a support ticket to us, with your IP address (www.whatismyip.com)
