Solution How to change MYNIC Invoicing Party

To renew an existing domain name with Hive Hosting, you must change the current 'Invoicing Party' inside MYNIC Domain Manager. To check who is your current Invoing Party, please click to http://whois.mynic.net.my

Note: If your domain name had already expired, you cannot make changes to Invoing Party. You must renew with the existing Invoicing Party.

Step 1: Goto http://www.domainregistry.my/modify.php
Step 2: Enter your domain name
Step 3: Login as Billing Handle
Step 4: Click Option 3 - Appoint New Invoicing Party
Step 5: Select R058 - Hive Hosting Sdn Bhd
Step 6: Click Next

Upon making the changes, please send an e-mail to our Sales Department.

If you have not submit your order, please submit your order through our web site. Select "Domain Renewal" in the order form.

If you have lost your Billing Handle password, please read this article here

If you are not the appointed Billing Handle, please login as "Administrative" Handle and click Option 2 - Appoint A New Billing Contact
