To transfer in a domain name to Hive Hosting

Step 1: Request EPP Key from your Domain Registrar
Step 2: Submit a transfer request by order from our website:
http://www.hivehost.net/domains
Step 3: Wait for our e-mail to acknowledge domain transfer request
Step 4: Check your Administrative E-mail to approve incoming domain transfer request

Note:

1. Make sure your domain name is not expired. Domain transfer is not possible for expired domain names.
2. You can request EPP Key by sending an e-mail to your registrar (The domain company you have registered your domain name with)
3. Please make sure your Administrative E-mail address is correct & valid. You can check your e-mail from WHOIS
eg. http://whois.webhosting.info/yourdomain.com

To transfer out a domain name registered with Hive Hosting

If you have registered a domain name with us and wish to transfer out your domain name to a new domain registrar, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit a new ticket to Sales Department to Request for EPP Key
Please write in your domain name to request an EPP
Step 2: Check your e-mail when ticket has been replied and EPP Key has been released
Step 3: Contact your new domain registrar (Your new domain company) or Request Transfer directly with the EPP Key
Step 4: Approve incoming transfer request by yourself
